Senior Associate Lawyer (Corporate Department)
Responsibilities:
· Provide legal advice for any policy/regulations/laws related matter in Thailand;
· Knowledge and experience in at least 10 or more (preferably all) of the following corporate and business department functions:
1) DBD
2) RD
3) FBL
4) SSO
5) BOI
6) LicenseAcquisitions
7) FDA
8) Cannabis License
9) Trademark Application
10) I.P
11) Contract Review and Drafting
12) Due Diligence
13) Property Transfer(Condominium, Land, House)
14) Marriage Registration process
15) MFA Legalization Process
16) Child Adoption
17) Tax Knowledge
18) Customs Clearance, etc.;
· Assisting the Managing Partner and Senior Lawyers at the court for corporate matters;
· Prepare DBD documents for applications of the clients;
· Research and monitor any updates from the Government Offices such as DBD, BOI, FBL, MOC, etc.;
· Provide support and assistance to the Senior Lawyers, Business Consultants and Partners as per requested especially with Corporate Matters;
· Provide information to Senior Lawyers, Partners and Business consultants if requested;
· Coordinate and assigned the team designated or assigned by the Managing Partner or Senior Lawyer to follow up with the clients;
· Prepare or review translations and reports as assigned;
· Prepare Power of Attorneys and ensure all information are correct;
· Ensure a timely response and update to the Managing Partner regarding assigned clients;
· Review the work of other advisers and provide constructive feedback as necessary;
· Report to and take instruction from the Senior Lawyers, Partners and Managing Partner;
· Attend meetings with clients to support Partners and Managing Partners‘ works;
· Learn and Study the CRM system of the company and record billings, reimbursements, and reports regarding the cases assigned;
· Provide information to SeniorAssociate, Partners and Business Consultant if requested;
· Provide information and discussion about the strategies with the Senior Associate, Partners, Business Consultant and Managing Partner;
· Other tasks not specifically listed in this document may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law.
· Excellent English Writing and Communication Skills.
· TOEIC Score of at least 700+ is preferred (but not mandatory)
· At least 5 years of previous experience working in corporate/commercial/business function.
· Thai lawyer license is preferred for this position but not mandatory.
· Corporate and Business Background is an advantage
· At least intermediate command of English (verbal, written) and confidence in dealing with foreigners. Excellent (legal) English skills are a plus.
· Experience in liaising with officers of government agencies such Department of Business Development, Labor, Immigration, Revenue Departments, etc.;
· Independent and well-organized working style.
· Mature, reliable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
· Relevant computer skills.
MID-Level Associate Lawyer (Corporate Department)
Responsibilities:

· Prepare DBD documents for applications of the clients;
· Research and monitor any updates from the Government Offices such as DBD, BOI, FBL, MOC, etc.;
· Provide support and assistance to the Associates, Senior Lawyers, and Partners as per requested especially with Corporate Matters;
· Coordinate and assigned the team designated or assigned by the Managing Partner or Senior Lawyer to follow up with the clients;
· Prepare or review translations and reports as assigned;
· Prepare Power of Attorneys and ensure all information are correct;
· Ensure a timely response and update to the Managing Partner regarding assigned clients;
