Civil registration in Thailand is governed by the Civil Registration Act B.E. 2534 (1991) and includes the following:
A. Death Certificate
B. Marriage Certificate
C. Divorce Certificate
D. Birth Certificate
Basic requirements on requesting or amending copies:
1. National Identification Card / Passport (in case of a foreign applicant)
2. Power of Attorney granted to the law firm or any entrusted individual(s)
3. Photocopy of the certificate (if available)
