Heinrich Seul, born 1960 in Germany’s famous Rhine valley is an infrastructure project specialist. After studying engineering and international development in Kassel and Rio de Janeiro he spent his first years in the Worldbank’s Polonoroeste Project in the Brazilian Amazon and worked on hydropower, mining, logging, rail and road projects for the governments of Germany, Brazil and Ghana.
Heinrich Seul designed an award winning groundwater protection programme for German water utilities OOWV, Harzwasserwerke and Hamburg Water and ran it for 10 years.
Since his first invitation to Asia in 2001 he has worked as waste infrastructure developer with city governments in Yangon, Bangkok, Manila, Hanoi and Jakarta and corporations such as Hyundai, Itochu, Loxley and ThyssenKrupp.
Today, Heinrich Seul, is President & CEO of CBE Asian Waste Solutions in Singapore. Heinrich Seul also manages a SE Asian clean energy infrastructure portfolio (waste, biomass, hydro, solar) worth $2 Billion USD.
